Mr. George Frank Hagan, Taylor Co. KY/Monroe Co, KY native (1927-2016) Mr. Hagan professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was the owner and operator of Hagan's Auto Sales, the oldest used car dealership in Taylor County. Mr. Hagan also kept busy by hauling milk for Chapel's Dairy, and as a young man, he had worked in the funeral business. He answered the call to duty and served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a native of Monroe County, KY, and a resident of Taylor County at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Bascal and Effie (Carlock) Hagan. His wife of 62 years Martha Elise Nevins Hagan, survives. He leaves 13 direct living descendants. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Josh Wilson will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Lebanon National Cemetery, 20 Hwy 208, Lebanon, KY 40033, with full military honors conducted by the Marion County Veteran's Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmCT, Tuesday, November 8, 2016. He was the owner and operator of Hagan's Auto Sales, the oldest used car dealership in Taylor County. Mr. Hagan also kept busy by hauling milk for Chapel's Dairy, and as a young man, he had worked in the funeral business.
