Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 1 Nov 2016

18 individuals from Campbellsville, Greensburg, Sheperdsville and Lebanon in Kentucky and Cartersville, GA, received 19 indictments for charges including murder, wanton endangerment, burglary, theft, promoting contraband, criminal mischief, sexual abuse, resisting arrest, and possession.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 1 November 2016:


  • Jorge S. Gavarette (06/14/1996), Ray St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00170. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Murder. Count 2 - Burglary, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,000,000 cash. No contact with victim's family.

  • Damian D. Jackson (01/12/1995), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00171. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Carrying a conceled deadly weapon. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 4 - Fleeing/evading police, 2nd degree (on foot). Count 5 - Resisting arrest. Count 6 - Possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree - drug unspecified. Counts 7-8 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree. Count 9 - Possession of marijuana. Count 10 - Public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Bond set at $1,000 unsecured, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Jeremy S. Bandy (12/15/1980), Coakley St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No 16-CR-00172. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense, heroin. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 3 - Fleeing or evading police, 2nd degree (on foot). Count 4 - Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Count 5 - Failure of non owner operator to maintain required insurance, 2nd or > violation. Count 6 - Failure to wear seatbelts (violation). Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • Michael Brandon Moss (05/31/1980), Aetna Grove Church Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00173. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • Rachel Ritchie (03/13/1988), Capps Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00174. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Taylor R. Milby (04/14/1992), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00175. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree(<2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (heroin). Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Bond set at $15,000 cash.

  • Daisy M. Perkins (06/08/1982), Mac Brady Rd., Lebanon, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00176. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense (heroin). Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,000 unsecured, MCR reporting and testing 2 times per month.

  • Cody G. Wilson (06/18/1989), Summersville Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00177. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (heroin). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Count 3 - Public intoxication-controlled substnace (excludes alcohol). Count 4 - Controlled substance, prescription not in original container, 1st offense. Count 5 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Bond set at $15,000 cash.

  • Brian Baldwin (10/13/1990), Vintage Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00178. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $500 bull cash, MCR reporting and testing 2x month, no possession of firearms.

  • Brian B. Baldwin (10/13/1990), Vintage Ln., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 16-CR-00179. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Count 3 - Criminal mischief, 3rd degree.   • Howard Edelan (04/30/1942), E. First St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment 16-CR-00180. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Sexual abuse, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 USB, no contact with victim/residence.

  • Alicia Eaves (03/08/1986), Grassdale Rd NW, Cartersville, GA Indictment No. 16-CR-00181. Charged with 3 counts. Counts 1-2 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Theft of identity of another without consent. Bond set at $750 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Lindsay Dale (06/16/1978), Sunview Dr., Shepherdsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00182. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by failure to make required disposition of property $10,000 or more. Bond set at $5,000/10%.

  • Justin C. Boyd (04/30/1987), Logan St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00183-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree (victim under 12). Counts 2-3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Jessica L. Pleva (07/17/1994), Logan St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00183-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 1st degree (victim under 12). Counts 2-3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Adrian S. Alford (03/31/1975), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00184. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Failure to comply with sex offender registration, 1st offense. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no new arrests or violations of the law.

  • Joshua W. Calvert (03/13/1996), Dale St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00185-001. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Unlawful transaction with a minor, 2nd degree. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with co-defendant, victim, or WalMart.

  • Eric Hillard (03/18/1997), Dale St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00185-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Unlawful transaction with a minor, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with co-defendant, victim, or WalMart.

  • John M. Crisp (08/28/1996), Dale St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00185-003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting over $500 or more but under $10,000. Count 2 - Unlawful transaction with a minor, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with co-defendant, victim, or WalMart.
