Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 25 Oct 2016

Charges brought against eight individuals, from Columbia and Campbellsville, KY. Charges include theft, forgery, wanton endangerment, criminal abuse, public intoxication and DUI.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 25 October 2016:


  • Daniel C. Burton (02/24/1985), Liberty Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00152. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $10,000. Count 2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree (3 counts). Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Luis Felix (06/26/1994), N. Bramlett St., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00153. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 2nd degree. Bail ROR. Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Janet Burlington (12/28/1978), Liberty Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00154. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Wanton Endangerment, 1st degree (3 counts). Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Xavier T. Pate (09/08/1997), Burkesville St., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00155. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another without consent. Bail set at $2,500 cash. Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Jacob R. King (07/16/1996), Russell Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00156. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 2nd degree. Bail set at $7,500 cash. Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Tristen L. Davis (05/18/1990), Russell Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00157. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal abuse, 2nd degree. Bail set at $7,500 cash. Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Tera S. Childers (12/28/1983), Alexander St., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00158. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.

  • Roy E. Ingram (11/05/1979), Davis St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00159. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Operating a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of or above .08 while under the influence of alcohol or other substance, 4th offense or greater, aggravating circumstance. Count 2 - Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle. Count 3 - Failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Count 4 - Failure to produce insurance card. Bail set at $5,000 c/p. Arraignment Nov 15, 2016 at 1pmCT.
