Mother wants advice on how to add children to Angel Tree list

Mother of Two writes
I have two children a boy who is 4 and a girl who will be a year old 13 days before christmas. I have never had to put them on an Angel Tree List and don't really know how. Is there a way to do it through an email? Is it free? I feel so helpless having to do this but we recently moved and my husband just started working and I'm capable of working; however, we can't afford daycare. Please let me know if there is any way to do this over the phone even through an email. God bless you all. - Mother of Two (name on file)
Dear Mother: - Your letter is posted in the hopes that those familiar with the program will offer the information you need. In this caring community, we're certain that you'll be assisted, just as all of us hope, that if our turn comes to need assistance, the community will be here for us. Our hope is this Christmas will be a joyous one for you and your children. - EW
