Amber Alert declared for missing 4 year old Florida girl

Child and alleged abductor last seen near Caryville, TN, about two hours from Columbia, KY. She was abducted on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Lakeland, Polk County, FL and possible sightings have followed a northerly route.

The following message is transmitted National Weather Service at the request of the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency Louisville Kentucky. At the request of the Kentucky State Police, the Kentucky Emergency Alert System is activated to assist in the broadcast of an Amber Alert.


"An Amber Alert has been declared...Repeating...An Amber Alert has been declared. "This alert is for Rebecca Ann Lewis...a 4 year old Caucasian girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. Rebecca is 3 feet tall and 30 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink dress. the suspects name in this case is West Wild Hog. He is a 31 year old caucasian male with red hair and blue green eyes, who weighs 220 pounds and is 5 feet and 8 inches tall. He has a scar shaped like the letter l on the left side of his head and a tattoo of a blue cross and a chinese symbol. He was last seen wearing a light colored shirt and blue jeans.

"They were last seen in Tennessee at Cove Lake State Park near Interstate 75, close to the Kentucky/Tennessee border. They were driving in a 2012 Silver Aluminum Nissan versa with an Alabama tag number 4 J l 2 6. The vehicle has a magnetic animal rescue paw on the driver's side trunk.

"If you have any information, please call kentucky state police at 502-272-2221 or you also can call 9-1-1."
