Wayne Armitage: Problem with Heartland with drivers Wayne Armitage writes: It is not so much that the road is not safe. It is the inattention of the drivers. I thought that the Parkway was going to be four lanes with a divided median. Then it would have been with turning lanes. All I see is a cheapened road where if you don't pay attention it could be dangerous. I agree that all users of the highway should be very attentive to their surroundings. Less talking and texting on their cell phones and eating fast food. - Wayne ArmitageComments re article 86037 Comments on safety of new Heartland Pkwy road design This story was posted on 2016-10-04 07:26:16
