Linda Cook: Is it too late for a do-over before a fatality?

Heartland Parkway design problems

Linda Cook writes:
Was on my way to Campbellsville last week when this same thing nearly happened. A 4-wheel drive truck passed me and attempted to overtake what was ahead. Guess they got quite a surprise to come up on someone sitting at a dead stop in the passing lane waiting for oncoming traffic to clear for a left turn onto whatever side road. Makes you wonder if whomever at the Transportation Department designed this did not take the side roads and left hand turns into consideration. Is it too late for a do-over before a fatality? --Linda Cook
