Women's Soccer slides to No. 6 in NAIA Coaches' Poll

The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team is ranked sixth in the latest NAIA Coaches' Top-25 Poll, the national office announced Tuesday.

The Blue Raiders (3-3) have been ranked in 172-straight national polls - the longest active streak in the nation. Additionally, Lindsey Wilson has been in the top 10 for 143-consecutive rankings.


Spring Arbor (Mich.) claimed the top spot for the third consecutive poll with 529 points and all 19 first-place votes. The Blue Raiders earned 440 voting points.

Rounding out the top five are Keiser (Fla.), Westmont (Calif.), Northwestern Ohio and William Carey (Miss.).

Mid-South Conference members Cumberland (Tenn.) and Campbellsville (Ky.) appear in the top-25 as well. Cumberland climbed nine spots, tying Baker (Kan.) for 16th. Campbellsville fell from 14th to 22nd. Georgetown (Ky.) is outside the top-25 but received nine points.
