KSP investigating Scott's City Limits fire By TFC. Billy Gregory Edmonton, KY - Post 15 is currently investigating a fire that occurred on Tuesday, September 14, 2016. Post 15 received a call in reference to a structure fire in the limits of Edmonton at approximately 9:20pmCT. The structure, Scott's City Limits Building, was a complete loss. Seven fire departments and 51 personnel from the area assisted with blaze. Arson Investigator Alex Wesley is investigating and is being assisted by the State Fire Marshall's office and ATF.
