Bruce Michael Werner, Sr., 69, passed away September 5, 2016 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY after a long hard battle with lung cancer. He was a "non smoker."

Services for Bruce M. Werner, Sr will be Friday, September 9, 2016, 4pmCT at the Jamestown Church of the Nazarene, 132 S Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Daryl Pelston officiating. Friends may visit at the church after 1pmCT on Friday until time for service at 4pmCT.

Bruce Michael Werner, Sr., born October 7, 1946, passed away September 5, 2016 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Fayette County, KY at the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 29 days.

Bruce is survived by loving spouse Tammy S. Werner Jamestown, KY, and the following:
  • Grandson: James M. Werner Jamestown, KY

  • Son: James M Werner, New York

  • Brother: Roger Werner (Betty), Florida

  • Step daughter: Angela Mann Fraga, Florida

  • Step granddaughters: Brittney and Emily

  • Mother in law Betty L. Moody

  • Sisters in law: Diana Hall, Kelly Jo Montenegro, Audrea O Neal, Mary (Chad) Pussey, and Cynthia Trevino
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Werner and Myrna (Smith) O'Dea, and a son Bruce Michael Werner, Jr. The family requests memorial donations to Jamestown Church of the Nazarene and can be made at the church.
