Taylor Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 30 Aug 2016

Charges brought against 14 individuals from Campbellsville, Bardstown, and Greensburg in Kentucky, and Dickson, Tennessee, for crimes including theft, trafficking, possession, wanton endangerment, burglary, sexual abuse, tampering with evidence, and promoting contraband.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 30 August 2016:


  • John S. Roution (10/06/1985), Spurlington Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00120. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Bond set at $500 cash.

  • Joseph D. Parrent (10/23/1976), Indian Trail, Bardstown, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00121. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victim or premises.

  • Zach Young (02/14/1989), E. Hodgenville Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00122. Chraged with 1 count. Count 1 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $500 cash.

  • Michael Schiesser (09/06/1988), Eggers St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00123. Charged with 9 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substances, 1st degree, 1st offense (<2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia - buy/possess. Counts 3-4 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 5 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Count 6 - License to be in possession. Count 7 - No registration plates. Count 8 - No registration receipt. Count 9 - Failure to wear seatbelts. Bond set at $30,000 cash, MCR@PTS, report and test weekly.

  • Wanda Ann Watson (07/30/1965), Rice St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00124. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000. Bond set at $500 full cash, no violations of the law, not contact with complaining witness.

  • Marnie Heather Kjelsen (01/15/1973), Edmonton Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00125. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000. Bond set at $500 full cash, no violations of the law, not contact with complaining witness.

  • David A. Cruz (05/17/1990), Marshall Ridge Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00126. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Tampering with physical evidence. Counts 2-3 - Fraudulent use of credit card under $500 within 6 month period. Count 4 - Receiving stolen property under $500. Bond set at $500 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Kevin Herbig (01/25/1973), Old Lebanon Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00127. Charged with 3 counts. Counts 1-2 - Sexual abuse, 1st degree, victim under 12. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $15,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Paul R. Claycomb (11/26/1968), Patterson Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00128. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of handgun by a convicted felon. Count 2 - Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs etc. .08 aggravator circumstance, 2nd offense. Count 3 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Bond set at $1,500 full cash, no driving, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Everette R. Fair (08/22/1986), Logan St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00129-001. Charged with 11 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug parapheralia-buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 3d degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - Operating on suspended/revoked operators license. Count 5 - Speeding 20mph over limit. Count 6 - Reckless driving. Counts 7-8 - Improper passing. Count 9 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 10 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 11 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000/10%.

  • Alaina Sisko (03/15/1990), Sherry Ln., Dickson, TN Indictment No. 16-CR-00129-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • David A. Cruz (05/17/1990), Marshall Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00130. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition contents from vehicle $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $500 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Deric L. Shietze (10/05/1987), Mill St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00131. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, >2g heroin while in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana (8oz to <5lbs), 1st offense while in possession of a handgun. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. Count 4 - Failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Count 5 - Careless driving. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Candace M. Allen (05/07/1982), Pitman Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00132. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Assault, 3rd degree - inmate assault on corrections employee. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Promoting contraband, 2nd degree. Bond set at $15,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Kimberly M. Johnson (12/24/1979), Handley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00133. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Possession controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 4 - Theft by unlawful taking/disposition - shoplifting. Count 5 - Disorderly conduct, 2nd degree. Count 6 - Controlled substance prescription no in original container, 1st offense. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.
