COLUMBIA, KY - Lindsey Wilson volleyball completed a perfect weekend today with sweeps of Indiana East and Coastal Georgia on the final day of the LWC Classic at Biggers Sports Center.

The third-ranked Blue Raiders improve to 4-0 on the season while extending their home winning streak to a program-record 36 straight matches with the wins.

Lindsey Wilson vs. Indiana East

Eileen Acuna led the Blue Raider hitting attack with 10 kills in a 25-13, 25-16, 25-15 win over Indiana East in today's first match.

Grace Blomstedt led Lindsey Wilson hitting .667 - posting six kills without an error in just nine swings. She was one of four Blue Raiders to post at least a .250 attacking percentage during the match. Acuna (.280), Makenzie Montano (.500) and Carolynne Silva (.455) also hit above .250 for the match.

Lindsey Wilson continued its early-season trend of recovering from slow starts to finish strong in the sweep. The Blue Raiders trailed early in all three sets - including by as many as six points in the third set -- before seizing control midway through each set against the Red Wolves (0-3).

Montano led the Blue Raiders with a match-high 30 assists while Caitlyn Tino produced a team-high nine digs.

The Blue Raider block again proved to be critical in forcing Indiana East into 23 hitting errors and a .031 attacking percentage. Lindsey Wilson finished with one solo block and 16 block assists as a team.

Blomstedt led the way with four assisted blocks while Silva and Yeniffer Ramirez each produced three. Montano added the solo block and a block assist in the win.

Indiana East's Breanna Kopke led the Red Wolves with seven kills, while Madison Yoder contributed 17 digs.

Lindsey Wilson vs. Coastal Georgia

Lindsey Wilson played perhaps its most complete match of the weekend in a 25-19, 25-18, 25-19 win over Coastal Georgia -- a team receiving voting points in the national poll -- to conclude its weekend.

The Blue Raiders dominated offensively -- out-hitting the Mariners (2-2) .310 to .156. Lindsey Wilson finished with 50 team kills compared to just 30 from Coastal Georgia.

Ramirez finished as the lone player with double-digit kills with 12. She posted a season-high .409 attack while committing just three errors in 22 swings. Elly Burke and Madison Molitor each chipped in nine kills while Acuna added seven.

Montano had a match-high 36 assists and Tino recorded a team-best 15 digs to extend the Blue Raiders regular-season winning streak to 26 matches dating back to last season.

Blomstedt was once again a major presence at the net with six block assists to lead the Blue Raiders.

Coastal Georgia's Kyra White led the Mariners with nine kills while Cayley Meiners recorded 25 assists and 11 digs in the setback.

Lindsey Wilson finished the nine-team classic as the lone unbeaten team over the two days.
