Traffic stop Fri 19 Aug 2016 results in drug arrest By Ofc. Josh Brockman Columbia Police Department, Chief Jason Cross On Friday, August 19, 2016, at 01:49amCT, Columbia Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a 2003 Pontiac operated by 21 year old Samuel Kerns of Columbia, KY. The traffic stop resulted in Kerns being arrested for: Operating on a Suspended License, 3rd offense. Possession of Marijuana. No Tail lamps Kerns was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by CPD Ofc Josh Brockman Note: An individual charged by police or in a warrant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
