Deadline for CAIP program grant application nearing Teresa Bright writes: Deadline for applications for the 2016 Adair County CAIP program is Friday - August 19, 2016 at the Adair County Extension Office located at 409 Fairground Street in Columbia. The County Agriculture Investment Program is a 50% cost-share program with a maximum funding of $1,500 per farm operation. CAIP is designed to provide farmers with incentives to allow them to improve and diversify their current production practices.
