Taylor Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 2 Aug 2016

Charges brought against 15 individuals from Campbellsville, Bardstown, Greensburg, and Columbia, KY, for crimes including theft, trafficking, possession, wanton endangerment, and promoting contraband.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 2 August 2016:


  • Jennifer L. Corman (01/23/1985), Gowdy St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-104-001. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1000ft of school while in possession of firearm. Count 2 - Cultivation of marijuana, 5+ plants, 1st offense while in possession of a firearm. Counts 3-6 - Endangering the welfare of a minor. Count 7 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 8 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Count 9 - Controlled substance prescription not in original container, 1st offense. Count 10 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Steven T. Mays (04/10/1990), Gowdy St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-104-002. Charged with 11 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance within 1000ft of school while in possession of firearm. Count 2 - Cultivation of marijuana, 5+ plants, 1st offense while in possession of a firearm. Counts 3-6 - Endangering the welfare of a minor. Count 7 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 8 - Illegal possession of legend drug.   • Steven T. Mays (04/10/1990), Gowdy St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-105. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Same bond as 16-CR-104-02.

  • Jennifer L. Corman (01/23/1985), Gowdy St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-106. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond set at $1,000 full cash.

  • Jody S. Bandy (12/15/1980), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-107. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 3 - Operating on suspended or revoked operators license. Count 4 - Failure to wear seatbelts. Bond set at $5,000/20%.

  • Alexa D. Gutierrez (02/17/1997), Davis St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-108-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000/20%.

  • Bridget N. Miller (08/31/1982), Cathedral Manor, Bardstown, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-108-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000/20%.

  • Thomas J. Thomas (12/31/1989), Apollo Place, Bardstown, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-108-003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash.

  • David M. Lowe (09/19/1987), Rosedale Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-108-004. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000/20%.

  • Christopher S. Reynolds (01/25/1986), Columbia Hwy, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-108-005. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Promoting contraband, 1st degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000/20%.

  • Bridget Reliford (10/04/1983), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-109. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (<2g methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Shelbie Rowland (10/30/1994), Anna Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-110. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Illegal possession of legend drug. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 4 - Possession of controlled substance, 3rd degree, drug unspecified. Count 5 - Giving officer false name or address. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Brittany L. Cox (07/26/1988), Walling Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-112-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition - firearm. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000/30%, no contact with victim.

  • Danny W. Cox (10/23/1971), Gray Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-112-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition - firearm. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000/30%, no contact with victim.

  • Danny W. Cox (10/23/1971), Gray Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-113. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of firearm by convicted felon. Bond set at $5,000/30%.

  • Brittany L. Cox (07/26/1988), Walling Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-114. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of firearm by convicted felon. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $5,000/30%.

  • Andrew Blake Clark (10/20/1987), Ashley Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-115. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Jessica R. Miller (06/21/1982), Sunset Dr., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-116. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged prescription, 1st offense. Bond set at $5,000/20%, no contact with victim.

  • Tirrell T. Barbour (01/15/1984), Fairplay Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-117. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law.

  • Tirrell T. Barbour (01/15/1984), Fairplay Rd., Columbia, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-118. Charged with 10 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 3rd+ offense (methamphetamine). Counts 2-4 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 5 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 6 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (motor vehicle). Count 7 - Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs etc. .08, 1st offense. Count 8 - Possession of marijuana. Count 9 - Failure to wear seatbelts. Count 10 - Persistent felony offender. Same bond as 16-CR-117.
