State ABC will advertise for Retail Package License 28 Jul 2016

Public Notice - Quota Retail Package License

Kentucky ABC will be advertising their legal notice for Quota Retail Package License in the July 28th edition of the Adair Progress. Those intending to apply for a Quota Retail Package License are required to advertise their intent as well, however they may not advertise prior to the state advertisement or in the same edition as the state advertisement.

Those wishing to apply for one of the 8 Quota Retail Package License available in Adair Co. should begin gathering the required documents and filling out the application packet which must be approved by Adair Co. ABC or City of Columbia ABC prior to being submitted to Kentucky ABC. Applications will be accepted by the state (with prior local approval) 30 days after the July 28th advertisement (August 26th). Kentucky ABC will decide who receives a package license based on impact studies and a variety of other factors.

If you should have any questions - please contact Adair Co. ABC or City of Columbia ABC.

Best regards,

Shannon Sexton, Adair Co. ABC Deputy Administrator. 270-384-4703 ADAIRABC@YAHOO.COM
