Shannon Turner Glover, 47, Taylor County, KY (d. 21 Jul 2016)

Shannon was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Evelyn Turner. She was a graduate of Campbellsville High School and had worked at both Fruit of the Loom and Campbellsville Apparel and in her spare time enjoyed reading. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Truth Tabernacle.

Shannon Kaye Turner Glover, age 47, of Campbellsville, KY, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12pmCT/1pmET, Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Pleasant Union Baptist Church, 426 Fallen Timber Road, Campbellsville, KY, with Rev. Caldwell officiating. Casket Bearers are Daniel Turner, Cameron Turner, Anthony Turner, Troy Hanley, Diho Young and Jacob Woolford. The family requests visitation from 10amCT/11amET, until time for the service at Pleasant Union Baptist Church on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.



Shannon was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Evelyn Turner. She was a graduate of Campbellsville High School and had worked at both Fruit of the Loom and Campbellsville Apparel and in her spare time enjoyed reading. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Truth Tabernacle.

Besides Shannon's mother, she is survived by:
  • Two sons: Cameron Turner and Daniel Arellano of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Aralynn Arellano and Jordan Turner

  • Three brothers: Anthony Turner and Diho Young of Campbellsville, KY; and Tyrone Young of Georgetown, KY

  • Two sisters: Ceira Young of Campbellsville, KY; and Gwen Minter of Lexington, KY

  • Her aunt: Barbara Turner of Louisville, KY

  • Uncles George Turner of Campbellsville, KY; and Robert Turner of Adair County, KY
She was preceded in death by one brother, Durrett Turner.
