L.J. Tucker, 91, Adair County, KY (1925-2016) L. J. was a founding member of the Hovious Mission Church, a proud US Army World War II veteran, and retired from the Kentucky Department of Highways with over 20 years service. He was a widely known gospel singer for many years with the Green River Boys, Victory Quartet and the Singing Tuckers. He was th4e patriarch of a large, highly regarded family. He died Thursday, July 21, 2016, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 91 years, two months, and 15 days. He was preceded in death by three brothers; Oconal, Dan and Roscoe his wife Eora England Tucker on March 10, 1990. He later married Anna Beatrice Perkins who survives. He is survived by:
