Bonnie Pauline Thompson, Casey County, KY (1927-2016)

She was a member of the Walnut Hill Separate Baptist Church. She was a 30+ year retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She enjoyed quilting and cooking. She was the daughter of the late Thomas J. & Linda Corder Roberts and the widow of Orn Thompson. She leaves two direct living descendants.

Bonnie "Pauline" Thompson, age 89, of Liberty, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at the Liberty Care Center. Funeral services will be at 10amCT/11amET, Saturday, July 23, 2016, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Rodney Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Casey County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 9am-10amCT/10am-11amET, on Saturday at the funeral home.

Born February 21, 1927, in Wayne Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Linda Corder Roberts. She died Wednesday, July 20, 2016, in Libery, Casey County, KY, at the age of 89 years, six months, and 29 days.

Pauline was a member of the Walnut Hill Separate Baptist Church. She was a 30+ year retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She enjoyed quilting and cooking.

Survivors include:
  • Her granddaughter: Angela (Victor) Black of Liberty, KY

  • Her great-granddaughter: Reagan Black of Liberty, KY
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orn Thompson; son, Howard Thompson; and siblings, Allie Tucker, Clarence Roberts, Homer Roberts, Lloyd Roberts, Hobert Roberts, Obie Roberts, Alma Godsey, and Boyd Roberts.

Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
