Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments 12 July 2016 Charges brought against 5 individuals from Columbia, Campbellsville, and Russell Springs. Charges include possession of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana, fleeing the police, assault, DUI and theft. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. The Adair County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Columbia, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tue 12 July 2016:
