Two occupants injured in 1-vehicle accident on LBN Driver and passenger treated on the scene then taken to Russell County Hospital for treatment Click on headline for complete story From the Adair County Sheriff's Office On Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 09:24amCT, Deputy Aaron Rainwater was dispatched to an injury accident on the Louie B Nunn/Cumberland Parkway at the Adair/Russell County line. Anne Langer, age 35, of Columbia, KY, was traveling east bound when her vehicle hydroplaned and struck a rock wall. Langer and a passenger, Elvira Molina, were both treated on the scene by Adair County EMS and transported to Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY, for further treatment.
