Bonnie Lou Settles Fields, 52, Edmonton, KY (1963-2016)

She was a homemaker and member of the Foundation Methodist Church. She was the daughter of Shirley Houchens Settles, who survives, and the late Royce Clark Settles. Her husband, David Fields, survives. She leaves 10 direct living descendants to carry on her legacy.

Bonnie Lou Fields age 52 of Edmonton passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be held 2pmCT, Sunday, July 3, 2016, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Foundation Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, July 2, 2016, from 5pmCT until 8pmCT, and after 9amCT, Sunday at the funeral home.



Bonnie Lou Settles Fields, 52, Edmonton, KY (1963-2016)


She was the daughter of the late Royce Clark Settles and Shirley Houchens Settles of Smiths Grove who survives. She was born September 2, 1963. She died Thursday, June 30, 2016, in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 52 years, nine months, and 28 days.

Bonnie was a homemaker and member of the Foundation Methodist Church. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband David Fields of Edmonton, KY, and the following:
  • Two sons: David (Nikolai) Fields of Frankfort, KY; and Terry (Crystal) Fields of Edmonton, KY

  • One daughter: Lorrisa (Jessie) Wilson of Edmonton, KY

  • Three sisters: Vickie Runyon of Smith Grove, KY; April Smith of Glasgow, KY; and Connie Stamper of Canton, Ohio

  • Seven grandchildren: Logan, Ashton, Branden, Gracie, Gavin, Preston and Jasper
She was preceded in death by a brother Royce Clark Settles II and her mother in law Ellen England.
