Arrest made Mon 27 Jun 2016 in Metcalfe shooting incident KSP charges assault/tampering with physical evidenceVictim taken to UL Hospital for treatment Note: An individual charged by police or in a warrant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding Click on headline for complete story By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Information Officer KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY EDMONTON, KY - (Mon 27 Jun 2016)-- 57-year-old Timothy McCoy, of Edmonton, KY, was arrested today at 2:57amCT on McCoy Witty Road, 1 mile west of Wisdom, KY. He was charged with Assault 1st Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence regarding a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday, June 26, at approximately 11:14pmCT at 7605 Glasgow Road. The victim, 62-year-old Jerry Ferguson, of Edmonton, sustained a gunshot wound to the foot and was taken to University of Louisville Hospital for treatment.
