Jordan Dean and Adair County Sheriff's Office Deputy Derick Padgett An individual charged by police or in a warrant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. Click on headline for complete story By Ofc Josh Brockman An Adair County man was arrested on DUI and drug charges after an early morning traffic stop in limits of Columbia, KY, at 01:14amCT, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, CPD Ofc Josh Brockman initiated a traffic stop on a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox on Jamestown Street. The stop resulted in 36 year old Ivan Fields of Columbia being arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs 1st offense, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance 3rd degree, and prescription controlled substance not in proper container. Field's passengers, May Field, 46, of Columbia and Micheal Perry, 26, also of Columbia were arrested on charges of public intoxication by CPD Ofc. Jordan Dean and ACSO Deputy Derick Padgett. All three was lodged in the Adair County Regional, Columbia, KY.
