Traffic Alert: US 31E closed N of Bardstown due to crash At the scenic overlook at High Grove US 31E (Bardstown Road) is closed in Spencer County at the scenic overlook (approximately 1 mile north of the Nelson/Spencer county line) due to a crash. Law enforcement is on the scene and the road is expected to remain closed for three hours. KYTC maintenance staff is assisting with traffic control.
