Mrs. Nancy Belle (Harris) Franklin, Taylor Co., KY (1968-2016)

She professed faith in Christ and attended the Greensburg Baptist Church as her health allowed. She was the daughter of Melvin "Dick" Harris, who survives, and the late Shelby Jean Tungate Miller. She leaves one direct living descendant, a son, Terry Dean Harris.

Mrs. Nancy Belle (Harris) Franklin, 48, of Campbellsville, KY, departed this life on Saturday, June 11, 2016 in Greensburg, KY, after an extended illness.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Nancy Harris Franklin on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 12pmNoonCT/1pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Interment will follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery, Saloma Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718.

Mrs. Nancy Belle (Harris) Franklin of Campbellsville, KY, was born on February 29, 1968. She was the daughter of Melvin "Dick" Harris and the late Shelby Jean (Tungate) Miller. She departed this life on Saturday, June 11, 2016 in Greensburg, Green County, KY, after an extended illness. She was 48 years, three months, and 13 days of age.

She professed faith in Christ and attended the Greensburg Baptist Church as her health allowed.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
  • Her husband: Paul Franklin

  • One son: Terry Dean Harris and wife Dana of Bowling Green, KY

  • Her father: Dick Harris of Campbellsville, KY

  • One brother and one sister: Phillip Dean Harris and wife Sara, and Debra "Deanie" Harris Penick, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Special friends: Shallan Philpott, Madison Philpott, and Justin Philpott, also of Campbellsville, KY

  • And a host of extended family and friends.
