Charles Watson, Casey County KY (1957-2016)

He was construction worker and member of the Grove Ridge Baptist Church.

Charlie Watson passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at his home in Casey County, KY. He was 59.

A Memorial service will be held from 1pmET until 3pmET Friday, June 10, 2016 at 5275 Somerset Road, Stanford, KY 40484.



Born May 22, 1957 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Eulas "Stub" Watson and Opal Snow Watson. He died in Casey County, KY, Monday, June 6, 2016, at the age of 59 years, 15 days.

Survivors include :
  • His daughter, Charli Rae McClanahan of Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Five grandchildren

  • Five brothers: Scottie Watson of Hillsboro, Ohio, Johnny Watson of Somerset, Larry and James Watson both of Liberty, and Junior Watson of Campbellsville

  • Three sisters, Judy Kappes of Louisville, Betty Gilpin of Indiana, and Joyce Ross of Ohio

  • A special friend, Amanda Luttrell of Liberty.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be given to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
