Homer Passmore, Dunnville, KY, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, in Dunnville, KY.

The funeral service for Homer Passmore will be at 11amCT, Friday, June 3, 2016, at the Bethel United Baptist Church, Dunnville, KY, at 11amCT/12pmNoonET, with Bro. Delvin Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Dunnville, KY.



Homer Passmore was born February 6, 1945, in Dunnville, Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Isaac and Katherine (Cook) Passmore. He died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at the age of 71 years, three months, and 25 days.

He was a farmer.

He is survived by the following:
  • Three sons: Jamie Passmore, Greg Passmore, and Steve Goodin, all of Dunnville, KY

  • A daughter: Angela Gonzales, Dunnville, KY

  • Three brothers: Kenneth Passmore, Burnside, KY; and Paul Passmore and J.R. Passmore, both of Russell Springs, KY

  • Five sisters: Marie Lawson, Windsor, KY; Iva Dean Owens and Judy Lawless, both of Jamestown, KY; and Donna Crew and Polly Hack, both of Russell Springs, KY

  • Nine grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Shirley Copley Passmore; and three brothers, Jessie, Marvin, and Roy Passmore.
