Charles Marshburn: Ready to serve

Charles Marshburn writes:
It appears that my application for county bootlegger has received no action since I didn't list relatives in the county going back four generations! I had nobody in my family to leave the job to me in their will. I am now setting my sights on being appointed to the school board but meetings will need to be early in the morning to fit my schedule. I am waiting for some of those persons who actually run the county to notify me soon of my appointment. I am perhaps overly qualified, but I won't let that get in the way. I don't take orders very well, but I am very good at giving them. Respectfully to a point, - Charles Marshburn
Thanks. - You do understand the situation here. Now you, or someone of your inquisitive mind, must tell us who runs the county. A list of 10-25 oligarchs might be interesting. - EW
