BOWLING GREEN, KY - Top-seeded Lindsey Wilson men's tennis cruised into the Mid-South Conference Tournament finals with a 5-0 win over fourth-seeded Campbellsville (KY) Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Kereiakes Park. The No. 7-ranked Blue Raiders (15-3) face the winner of second-seeded Cumberlands (KY) and third-seeded Pikeville (KY) at 10amCT on Monday at Kereiakes in the championship match.

No. 18-ranked Campbellsville falls to 10-8 on the season with the loss.

Lindsey Wilson notched the first point of the day in the second-seeded doubles as Ignacio Huertas and Alonso Tellez defeated Adrian Sabrojo and Victor Ahlbeck 8-2.

The duo captured its team-high 13th win of the season to give Lindsey Wilson the 1-0.

NAIA No. 6-ranked Denis Porcic and Raul Mendez secured the match's second point with an 8-6 win over Vladyslav Ladygin and Zach Baulch in the top-seeded match. The win was Porcic and Mendez's 11th straight this season.

Tomas Depiaggio and Javier Raya made it a clean doubles sweep for the Blue Raiders in the third-seeded match. The Lindsey Wilson pair beat Alejandro Soriano and Alex Spalding 8-5 to improve to 5-8 on the season.

Needing just two points to claim the team victory, the top and the bottom of the Lindsey Wilson lineup provided the decisive wins.
