Click on headline for complete story By Chris Wells Sports Information Director,Lindsey Wilson College BOWLING GREEN, KY - Top-seeded Lindsey Wilson women's tennis posted its second straight 5-0 win in the Mid-South Conference Tournament with Sunday's shutout of Cumberlands (KY) at Kereiakes Park. The Blue Raiders (17-4) advance to Monday's championship game to face the winner of second-seeded Cumberland (TN) and third-seeded Georgetown (KY). First serve on Monday is slated for 1pmCT. Lindsey Wilson had little difficulty in the doubles, taking all three doubles matches while dropping just five games against the Patriots (12-10) in the tournament semifinals. Jessica King and Fiona Curty -- ranked No. 24 in the NAIA doubles -- got the Blue Raiders on the board with an 8-0 win over Chanel Williams and Sydni Grimes in the second-seeded match. Maria Prados Cid and Alex Shchipakina quickly made it 2-0 with an equally impressive 8-1 win over Kaylyn Collette and Hannah Wampler in the third-seeded match. No. 8-ranked Henar Munoz and Natalia Kattah made it a clean sweep of doubles in the top-seeded match, defeating Isabella Dale and Marie Bozeman 8-4. King and Curty extended their winning streak to 10 straight while Prados Cid and Shchipakina pushed their unbeaten string to 13 straight. Munoz and Kattah ran their season record to 12-2 with their seventh straight victory. Lindsey Wilson needed just two singles results to close out the match at 5-0. Prados Cid was the first singles win with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Bozeman in the fourth-seeded match. Kattah followed with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Collette in the fifth-seeded match.
