LWC's Grabara earns MSC Men's Golfer of the Week honors

COLUMBIA, KY (Mon 11 Apr 2016) - Jonathon Grabara is the Mid-South Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday.

The senior from Crofton, Kentucky, earned medalist honors at the MSC Spring Tournament as he finished first in the 59-golfer field with a 1-under par 143 (68-75) over the two-day tournament.



He fired a 4-under par 68 in the first round of the tournament to lead the field after the opening round. Grabara then posted a 3-over par 75 during the final round to win his second tournament of the season.

As a team, the Blue Raiders finished second overall at the event.

Grabara earns his second golfer of the week honor this season and of his career. HE previously picked up the honor back on March 7.
