Clarence Garrett age 77 of Edmonton died Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT, Saturday, April 2, 2016, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Garrett Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Friday, April 1, 2016, and after 9amCT, Saturday, at the funeral home.



Clarence Garrett, 77, Edmonton, KY, (1938-2016)


He was the son of the late Rufus and Mary Wood Garrett. He was born September 25, 1938. He died Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at his home in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 77 years, six months, and five days.

He was a farmer and a Christian.

Survivors are:
  • A neice: Helen Jessie of Edmonton, KY

  • Four nephews: Owen Phelps, Gene Phelps, Arkley Phelps and Jimmy Phelps, all of Edmonton, KY

  • Several great nieces and nephews
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Vermon and Rondall Garrett; a sister Lonia Phelps and three nieces, Linda Dickson, Rae Dial and One Phelps. Send condolences to the family of Clarence Garrett
