Shirley Ann Ballenger Collman, 79 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 11amCT/12pmNoonET on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, Louisville, with entombment in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 30, 2016, 1pm-7pmCT/2pm-8pmET, at the funeral home.



She was a member of Highland Park Christian Church and retired from Phillip Morris Tobacco Company.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Alan Collman, and a Sister Jeannette Ballenger. Survivors include her son, Anthony Collman, and a sister Barbara Miller (Donald) of Russell Springs, KY Memorial contributions suggested to Kosair Charities.
