LWC Women's Golf receives votes in NAIA National Poll

The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team is receiving votes in the second spring edition of the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced on Friday.

The Blue Raiders collected 17 total points to sit six spots out of the rankings. Lindsey Wilson is coming off a fifth-place finish at the Skyhawk Invitational back on March 15.


Keiser (Fla.) sits atop the poll with 466 total voting points and 15 first-place votes. SCAD Savannah (Ga.) is second with 447 total points, followed by William Woods (Mo.) with 436 points and the final two first-place votes.

The highest ranked Mid-South Conference team is Cumberlands (Ky.) as they are ranked-sixth in the poll with 392 voting points. Campbellsville (Ky.) is the final team from the MSC ranked in the top 25, with a No. 15 ranking with 260 points.
