Mike Ellis: Doesn't think legal sales will stop littering Mike Ellis writes: As a citizen of Adair Co., I agree with Mr Holt about the sides of our roads, but unlike Mr Holt I dont think legal sales of alcohol will eliminate the littering of our roadways, this is what people who drink and drive do, they throw the cans out. If I am not mistaken, there is a rule or law about driving with open containers of alcohol in your vehicle.
