Adair County FBLA places in regional competition at EKU

By Shamarie Harper

The Adair County High School's Chapter of Future Business Leaders of America placed at their regional competition at EKU on March 10, 2016.

By placing at the regional competition students will have the privilege to attend the KY FBLA State Leadership Conference which will be held at the Galt House in Louisville, Kentucky on April 18-20, 2016.

Students who attended included the regional event were Elijah Jackson, Leonardo Median, Grant Cockerham, Dayana Perez, Daniel Corbin, Robert Knifley, and Sierra Stonecyher.

The requirement to compete at the state level is that a student must place in the top three of any category.

Senior Elijah Jackson placed third in Computer Problem Solving.

Elijah is confident he will top his score at state and is hoping for a first or second place finish. Good Luck Mr. Jackson!
