Casey County Grand Jury returns indictments Mon, 22 Feb 2016

Indicments brought against 8 individuals from Liberty, Dunnville, and Kings Mountain, Kentucky on charges including theft, burglary, manufacture of methamphetamine, and driving under the influence.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

Indictments were returned against the following individuals on Monday, 22 February 2016:


  • Ashley M. Dial (06/14/1983), Walnut Hill Rd., Liberty, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-11. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $10,000 (farm equipment). Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Continue same bond as district. Arraignment March 28, 2016 at 1pm.

  • Norman Glen Sayers (05/04/1980), S Ky 501, Liberty, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-12. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (meth). Count 2 - Operating a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of or above .08 while under the influence of alcohol or other substance, 1st offense. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Count 4 - No tail lamps. Continue same bond as district. Arraignment March 28, 2016 at 1pm.

  • Amy Jo Link (08/02/1969), Turner Ridge Rd., Dunnville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00013. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Manufacture of methamphetamine. Continue same bond as district. Arraignment March 28, 2016 at 1pm.

  • Robbin D. Wilham (05/19/1969), Turner Ridge Rd., Dunnville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00014. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Manufacture of methamphetamine. Continue same bond as district. Arraignment March 28, 2016 at 1pm.

  • Jonathan R. Greer (06/18/1985), KY 501, Kings Mountain, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00015. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $10,000 (farm equipment). Continue same bond as district. Arraignment March 28, 2016 at 1pm.

  • Ashley J. Skeens (11/15/1986), KY 501, Kings Mountain, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00016. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $10,000 (farm equipment). Continue same bond as district. Arraignment March 28, 2016 at 1pm.

  • Stefanie R. Bryant (04/26/1980), Glen Emerson Rd., Liberty, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00017. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition under $500. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. No bond.

  • Robert J. Kelly (02/20/1978), Ellison Dr., Liberty, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00018. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail $5,000.
