Adair Hospital/Public Hospital Districts session 13 Feb 2016

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Adair County Hospital District and the Adair County Public Hospital District Corporation Board of Directors will convene a concurrent Special Called meeting of the District and Corporation on Saturday, February 13, 2016, at 4pmCT, in the Board Room at Westlake Regional Hospital, 921 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY, 42728.

The purpose of the Special Called meeting is make various time sensitive decisions and resolutions needed for the Chapter 9 Plan and the acquisition by TJ Samson.

The following Agenda is how the District and Corporation will conduct their sessions:

Adair County Hospital District Board of Directors The Board of Directors will open a concurrent Special Called meeting of the Adair County Hospital District and Adair County Public Hospital District Corporation at 4pmCT, in order to address the following issues.

Resolution to allow additional signatories on the direct deposit account at the First National Bank of Russell Springs

Decide on both tail and going-forward Directors and Officers liability insurance policies.

Review list of creditors to be paid in various Plan of Adjustment classes.

Determination of continuing Chapter 9 legal representation

Appointment of administrator for on-going District business.

Adjournment.
The meeting is open to the public.
