KYTC District 4 - Road Conditions Update Chris Jessie Public Information Officer, KTC District 4 - Elizabethtown Crews will finish snow and ice operations at 6pm (Eastern) this evening. As temperatures drop, chemical treatments will become ineffective. There is no plowable snow coverage reported within the district. Crews will be prepared to spot treat any slick spots Wednesday morning as pavement temperatures begin to rise. Motorists are advised that current forecasts call for continued scattered snow showers overnight into Wednesday morning. Allow additional travel time to arrive at your destination. Slow down and be prepared for unexpected slick spots. District 4 includes Breckinridge, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Hart, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Taylor and Washington counties in Kentucky.
