Chris Dial gets within a few blocks of the Mystery Photo One of the best guesses, but still off. We have to wonder if the CLUE, that he should know because his his name is "Dial" not "Dile," and wonder if he's related to Judge Randy Dial, whose office is on the public Square in Liberty, KY, was "wrote up" in the Casey County News on January 26, 2016 in a story at this link: Dial reflects on first year as Judge-Executive.
