William Allen Pickett, 93, Green Co., KY (1922-2016) 
He was a member of a highly regarded Green County, KY family. He was the son of the late Leslie Pickett and Eula Keltner Pickett and the widower of his wife of 61 years, Mrs. Leora Bass Pickett. He leaves eight direct living descendants. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. He was retired from the United States Postal Service as Assistant Postmaster, was a WWII veteran having served in the United States Army, was a member of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post #124, James L. Pruitt V.F.W. Visitation is requested from 4pmCT until 8pmCT, Thursday, February 4, 2016, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Friday until time of the funeral service.
