Kelvin Bailey: County dweller appreciates clearing priorities

Kelvin Bailey writes:
Why wouldn't the road crews clear the streets in town before they get to 80 West? For every person who lives on 80 West, there are 50 who live in town. For every business or service located on 80 West, there are 100 in town. Very few people are scraping off their windshields and shoveling their driveways today in effort to get to 80 West. It seems to me it would be in severe lack of judgment and priorities to clear 80 West before town. - Kelvin Bailey (Lesser Fairplay)
