An exception this morning: Store at Vester is open Living, so to speak "over the store," has it's advantages. Patty Smith, opened a door this morning and walked from her home to her business, and opened Liberty Road Grocery & Deli at the usual time, 5amCT. Reached minutes later, she said that two regulars were already inside, drinking coffee and that she was working on a call-in order.
