Fire Dept. contains fire on Sulphur Creek Road Fire contained to utility room at home, with minimal damage to the structure By Josh Brockman, Public Information Officer Adair County Fire Department, Terry Flatt, Chief Columbia Adair County Volunteer Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at 4332 Sulphur Creek Road, Columbia, KY. Upon firefighters arrival the fire was located in the utility room of the house and was contained to that area with minimal damage to the structure.
