Coffey, D.V.M, sent a letter nominating long time Magistrate William "Wid" Harris to serve on the Columbia/Adair County Utilities District, which has been stamped as received on November 30, 2015 at the Public Service Commission (PSC) in Frankfort, KY. The PSC has declared a vacancy since the expiration of the term of Commissioner Rudy Higginbotham in August 2014.
