Campbellsville High School HOSA students recently hosted a drive to encourage their classmates to be organ donors.

HOSA is a national student organization recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Health Science Education Division of the Association for Career and Technical Education.

Several CHS students belong to the HOSA organization and take health-related classes at the Green County Area Technology Center in Greensburg.

After setting up a table outside the CHS cafeteria during lunch for a few days, more than 30 CHS students signed up to be organ donors.

The HOSA students also worked to promote the Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates organization.
