Robert Cumming: Dave Shuffett truly deserving of KAEC award Robert Cumming writes: Dave Shuffett is truly deserving of the 2015 Ky Electric Co-operative Association Rural Kentuckian award. I ran into Dave one time while visiting Stearns and The Big South Fork Railway attraction when he was doing a segment for his KET "Ky Living" program and another time at Lure Lodge while he was filming a show about Lake Cumberland State Park. Dave is an outgoing, folksy person and the first thing you notice about him is his youthful curiosity, Big Kid personality and unforgettable charisma.
