Effie Tyra Oliver, 80, Eli, Russell Co., KY (1935-2015) 
She was a homemaker and a member of Paducah Avenue Baptist Church in Hamilton, Ohio. She was a native of Jackson County, KY, and a resident of Russell County, KY at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Godfrey & Mafrey Lainhart Tyra. Her husband Enoch Oliver, Russell Springs, KY, survives. Elvis Tucker, and Bro. Donald Wilson officiating. Visitation will be 6pm-8pmCT, Thursday, November 19, 2015. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery at Sunshine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Louise Harrison; and two brothers, Jesse Tyra and Benjamin Tyra. Survivors include the following:
