A Celebration of Life service will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY at 11amCT, Tuesday, November 17, 2015, with Bro. Larry Lee Huckaby officiating. Military honors to follow by the Russell County Honor Squad. Cremation will request will be honored. Visitation is after 5pmCT, Monday, November 16, at the funeral home. Larry D.
